We will provide booking or purchase confirmation via email and/or other available methods. We reserve the right to reject bookings that do not comply with these Terms or applicable laws.

Our Website will showcase location facilities through documentation of each outlet's unique characteristics.

To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to refuse any user or booking (or, in certain cases, cancel booking confirmation) at our sole discretion and for any reason without providing a reason for the rejection/denial/cancellation. Reasons may include but are not limited to: violations of these Terms, regulatory sanctions, embargoes, suspected fraud or theft, inappropriate behavior, communication difficulties, or inclusion in "blacklists" or "watchlists" by governmental or international organizations.

Payment for bookings must be made directly to Playtopia’s bank account via the payment methods provided on the Website.

We offer a Promotion Voucher column for Users to redeem discount vouchers per our offers. However, we reserve the right to reject vouchers if quotas are exhausted or if transactions are deemed suspicious.

TICKET FEES OR PRICES

Ticket prices vary based on the selected Playtopia outlet. Each outlet offers unique experiences, designs, and attractions. You can choose an outlet with varying prices. Bookings are considered complete once you make full payment, and Playtopia issues a booking/purchase confirmation email ("Confirmation Letter").

Upon completing your booking, you agree to receive:

1. An email before the date of service with details about the Product you ordered and offers related to your booking.

2. A post-service email inviting you to complete a review form.

Prices do not include taxes, levies, or other charges unless stated on the Website. We may cancel or modify bookings due to price adjustments or errors, and refunds will be processed for amounts paid.

CANCELLATIONS

Once issued, tickets with confirmed barcodes for scanning at entry cannot be canceled. If cancellations are required, Playtopia reserves the right to withhold or deduct reasonable costs from refunds.

USER ACCOUNT

You must create an account to use our Services. Registration requires accurate and up-to-date personal information, including your name, email, and phone number. Only you may use your account. You must maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.

Playtopia reserves the right to block, delete, or deactivate your account at its sole discretion for reasons including violations of these Terms, fraud, inappropriate conduct, or government sanctions.

PAYMENT

Payments must be made in the currency stated, excluding bank fees or additional charges. Taxes and levies are the User's responsibility. Payment methods include Virtual Accounts via Durian Pay and other approved methods.

Once payment is completed, Playtopia will issue tickets containing:

Playtopia uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect credit card transactions. Any fraud or misuse must be reported immediately.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and logos, on the Website are owned by Playtopia or its affiliates. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is prohibited.
